These terms govern bookings and participation at Clay Busters, 1 Tercentenary Way, Simon's Town, Cape Town.

Bookings

All sessions are subject to availability and weather. We recommend booking ahead for weekends, holidays and group events. Confirmation of your booking will be provided by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Safety & conduct

Clay shooting is conducted under the supervision of our licensed instructors and strict range safety rules. All participants must attend the safety briefing and follow instructor directions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or end participation for anyone acting unsafely or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The minimum age for standard sessions is 12, with younger participants considered case-by-case with parental supervision.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellation terms for private days and group events will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability

Participants take part at their own risk and may be required to sign an indemnity on arrival. Clay Busters maintains meticulous equipment and strict safety standards, but shooting sports carry inherent risk.

Firearms & licensing

No license is required to shoot under instructor supervision on your first visits. Guests bringing their own firearms must hold a valid licence and ensure their equipment is in good working order.
